(Register of Italian Residents Abroad) are made directly on the portal &#8220;Fast It&#8221; Consular Services Online after registering at the following link: <a href=\"https:\/\/serviziconsolarionline.esteri.it\/\">https:\/\/serviziconsolarionline.esteri.it<\/a><br \/>\nThis system allows a simplified and faster registration to A.I.R.E., responding to the needs of Italians living abroad.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"104\" data-end=\"180\">Users are advised to <strong data-start=\"125\" data-end=\"177\">pay particular attention to the following points<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"276\">Creating an account on <strong data-start=\"207\" data-end=\"218\">FAST IT<\/strong> does <strong data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"273\">NOT automatically register or update A.I.R.E.<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"276\">The data entered for registration must <strong data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"335\">MATCH EXACTLY<\/strong> the information shown on the Italian passport or identity card;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"276\">If an Italian passport is not available, the data must <strong data-start=\"459\" data-end=\"476\">MATCH EXACTLY<\/strong> the information on the birth certificate issued by the relevant Italian municipality;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"276\">Dates must be entered in <strong data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"627\">European format: DAY\/MONTH\/YEAR<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"108\" data-end=\"127\"><strong data-start=\"76\" data-end=\"90\">Attention:<\/strong> Persons who have already registered with the AIRE through FAST IT in a consular district other than Panama and wish to transfer their AIRE residence to Panama must keep their FAST IT account in order to allow automatic notification of the transfer to the previous office.<br data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"365\" \/>In this case, it will be necessary to change the account\u2019s consular office and request registration with the AIRE. The AIRE update will no longer be valid in this situation, as it only applies to changes within the same country and not to transfers abroad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: Every Italian <strong>ADULT<\/strong> citizen can apply for <strong>AIRE<\/strong> registration for him and for children living together under the age of Italian citizenship. Acceptable documents are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Italian passport;<\/li>\n<li>Valid Italian identity card;<\/li>\n<li>Birth certificate already transcribed in the Comune;<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Italian citizenship issued by the Italian municipality or an Italian representation abroad;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: You must include your spouse (wife, husband) or common-law partner in the AIRE application, even if you are a foreign national. In this case, a copy of the valid passport is required. For children not yet registered with the Italian Municipality, a copy of the passport is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ANNEX<\/strong> <strong>B<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0This is the scanned copy of the AIRE request form, completed online through the FAST IT portal. The form must be downloaded and signed before being submitted to the competent Consular Office.\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong> It is important that the request form, as well as the corresponding fields in the online form, specifies the exact municipality of reference. Furthermore, in the case of minor children, the form must be signed by both parents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ANNEX<\/strong> <strong>C<\/strong> &#8211; Scan of a utility bill (water, electricity, gas, TV\/internet, lease (notarial) or public deed) in the name of the applicant, indicating the full address of the domicile. Note: If the applicant lives in an apartment room, they must present a notarized letter from a notary office drawn up by the landlord, along with a utility bill to confirm such statement.\u00a0If the utility bill or the lease agreement is in the name of a family member residing at the same address, it will be necessary to submit a <strong data-start=\"187\" data-end=\"266\">notarized declaration made by the holder of the bill or the lease agreement<\/strong>, confirming the presence of the applicant at the above-mentioned address.\u00a0<strong>Please note that documentation other than that expressly requested will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention:<\/strong> Please note that the application for registration at A.I.R.E. will not be completed until the user receives an email confirming that the application for registration has been sent to the relevant Italian Mayor\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember<\/strong>! The site upload system rejects any attachments larger than 1.0 MB (or 1024KB).
