The death of an Italian citizen abroad must be recorded in Italy.<\/p>\n
Where to request the service:<\/strong><\/p>\n a). to presenting the interested Italian citizen at the Embassy of Italy in Panama, booking an appointment for “Consular Services” through the portal\u00a0 Prenota@mi<\/a>;<\/p>\n b). addressing directly to its Municipality of registration A.I.R.E. (in this case it is necessary to contact the Municipal Civil Status Office).<\/p>\n c). Italian citizens registered with AIRE and residing in the other countries accredited to this Embassy are requested to contact directly the Honorary Consulate responsible for their country of residence, which will provide initial guidance and, where applicable, forward the documentation to this Embassy. Transcript request form<\/a>, duly completed (signed in front of an official)<\/p>\n b). Original death integral certificate , issued by the competent Office, with Apostille issued by Ministero degli Affari Esteri di Panama.<\/a><\/p>\n c). Translation of the original document duly accompanied by the apostille of the translator\u2019s signature.\u00a0 NOTE<\/strong>: We do not accept digitally signed translations.<\/p>\n d). a copy of the death declarant\u2019s identity document.<\/p>\n All documents must be original and photocopied (legible).<\/p>\n
