The programme is delivered <strong>online (e-learning)<\/strong> by the ICoN Consortium on behalf of its member universities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The scholarships are open to <strong>foreign citizens and Italian citizens residing abroad<\/strong> who meet the admission requirements for enrolment at an Italian university. Applications must be submitted <strong>by 8 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ICoN \u2013 Italian Culture on the Net<\/strong> is a consortium of <strong>12 Italian universities<\/strong> (Alma Mater Studiorum \u2013 University of Bologna, University of Catania, University of Genoa, University of Milan, University of Padua, University of Parma, University of Pisa, University of Rome Tor Vergata, Roma Tre University, University of Salerno, University of Turin, and the University of Naples \u201cL\u2019Orientale\u201d).
