The INPS has announced the start of the verification campaign for existence in life for the period 2025-2026, which also affects pensioners residing in the Consular District under the Embassy of Italy in Panama.
Starting from March 20, 2025, Citibank will begin sending requests for certification of existence in life to the affected pensioners, documents to be returned to the bank by July 15, 2025.
In case the certification is not provided, the payment for August 2025, where possible, will be made in cash at Western Union agencies in the country of residence. If the personal collection or certification of existence in life is not provided by August 19, 2025, pension payments will be suspended starting from the September 2025 payment.
