How to make an appointment
Appointments for the following consular services must be booked through the platform Prenot@mi.
- Citizenship by descent
- Citizenship by marriage
- Passports
- CIE – Electronic identity card
- Consular services ( civil status, issuing of certificates, authenticates of signature, acts of consent, extension of validity of the Italian driving licence, mortuary passports, etc.)
Therefore, reservations via the Prenot@mi platform are no longer required for the following consular services:

Consulates provide protection to all compatriots in case of violation of their fundamental rights and limitation or deprivation of their personal freedom. They also provide assistance for emergency cases, for the search for family members, for probate practices opened abroad and for the repatriation of corpses.
