Giuditta GIORGIO
Giuditta Giorgio has been the new Ambassador of Italy to Panama since 13 November 2025. A member of the diplomatic service since 2004, she has served in the Republic of Korea, at the Italian Representation to the European Union in Brussels, in the Office of the Diplomatic Adviser to the President of the Council of Ministers, and in the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. She has dealt with multilateral political affairs and human rights, European affairs, relations with Asian countries, and international trade. Before arriving in Panama, she served as First Counsellor at the Embassy of Italy in Washington, with responsibilities for domestic policy, relations with the United States Congress, and cultural promotion.
