How to make an appointment
Appointments for the following consular services must be booked through the platform Prenot@mi.
- Citizenship by descent
- Citizenship by marriage
- Consular services ( authenticates of signature, acts of consent, mortuary passports, etc.)
Therefore, reservations via the Prenot@mi platform are no longer required for the following consular services:
- Existence in life (see the section Information appointments)
- Visas (see the relevant section Visas)
- Value declaration (see the relevant section Value declaration)

The Embassy of Italy has not authorized any agency or person to offer Consular Services.
The Consular Services are addressed to Italian citizens registered with the A.I.R.E. in Panama or to residents of Panama in possession of an identity/residence document.
