Italian citizens, enrolled at the AIRE in Panama, can request at the Embassy of Italy in Panama the Certificate of Free State by making an appointment for “Consular Services” through https://prenotami.esteri.it/ and on the day of the appointment must present:
1. The form duly completed (signed before the official);
2. Declaration in lieu of a known act , completed and signed, in which the applicant declares his marital status;
3. A copy of the valid Italian identification document;
4. payment of Art. 2B in cash (you pay on the same day of the appointment at the counter) for the value shown in the Table of diritti consolari
After the necessary checks have been carried out, the Embassy will issue the required certificate and the applicant will be notified to collect it at the Embassy or at the Honorary Consulate indicated at the time of the appointment.
