- PUBLICATION OF THE LIST OF LAWYERS KNOWN TO THE EMBASSY

This list is in no way exhaustive and the Embassy is not responsible for the actions of the professionals published or the rates applied by them.
In order to be included in the list, the interested owners of law firms must submit a request to the Consular Registry of this Embassy (consolare.panama@esteri.it), with the following data:
- name of law firm
- name of the holder and/or other contact person
- address, telephone, fax, e-mail and website.
The essential requirements for the aforementioned insertion are the following:
- Written authorization to the Embassy for the publication of your personal data;
- Written confirmation of some data, such as: NAME, SURNAME, TELEPHONE CONTACT, EMAIL, PEC, ADDRESS OF THE LAW FIRM;
- Valid identity document of each of the members of the entourage;
- Curriculum Vitae of professionals;
- Documentation concerning the legal qualification to practice the profession;
- Documentation certifying registration in the register and/ or professional order;
- Any declarations of knowledge of Italian Law and its specializations, just to name a few: Criminal Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, Immigration etc.;
- Declarations of knowledge of Italian, Spanish and any other vehicular languages;
- Self-certification of not having received criminal convictions and not having ongoing criminal proceedings;
- Possible association relationships or collaboration with Italian law firms.
